The Institute for Multi-Sensory Education offers teacher development  programs for special ed. teachers, general ed. teachers in our modern addaption of Orton-Gillingham.  IMSE's Orton-Gillingham training is a  phonics based multi-sensory program which offers instructional material which can be added to your current curriculum.  This will aid you in providing comprehensive reading instruction for your students. IMSE specializes in teacher development, reading workshops, and curriculum development. Our teacher development and training programs in Orton-Gillingham are aimed at early intervention.  Our goal is to decrease the number of students who are struggling with reading, writing, and spelling when they enter the third grade. Our program is designed for remediation of students who have fallen behind or who have dyslexia, learning disabilities, or other impairments preventing their reading development.   IMSE also offers "Sensational Strategies for Teaching Beginning Readers" for parents to use with their children.
